SEMBREAK: Day 4

Nothing special happened. But at least, I had enough time to practice my skills in playing 'le guitar. I tried and succeeded in playing Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5, but I wasn't able to intone it with my super sabaw shrill sound. EPIC FAIL. 

BTW, here are my guitars: 

  AZALEA Premium Edition Electric Guitar - I bought it two years ago. I'm confused that time and I chose to buy electric guitar instead of having cash. It's not that expensive. I spent 9k all in all plus the amplifier. Branded electric guitar is too much for my budget. And spending too much for an electric guitar for a tyro like me is a no no. 

 Acoustic Guitar - See that guitar on the background? Its a souvenir from Cebu. I bought it because its cute and slim. Haha. January 20, 2007 - Sinulog Festival. 

I love guitars. I learned to play when I was 9, and 'til now, I'm still a tyro. LOL. But at least, I can play 'Torete' with my eyes closed. Achievement! And I know how to read tabs. Before, I couldn't sing while strumming at the same time. What I did is, stop singing, then strum, vice versa. But now, I can do it all at once. Rock on! 

Somehow, I enjoyed this day because I had fun playing my guitar. But, I wasn't able to tape it. Funneh. 


Note: So far, I'm having fun bloggin'. Its a double purpose. It's fun and it helps me improve my Communication Skills. (Oh diba!) I realized that I can somehow assess myself through this practice. I've been lurking for four days and I read some blog post from a writer that she did improve her writing through blogging. Me? I'm planning to post everyday na. =)  I don't want to be writer naman eh. I just want to improve my writing skills. GORA!
