The Art of Nonchalance

Superb Sunday again. Me and Nanay watched THELMA, then I had fun playing ROCKBAND with HS friends.  

Thelma. It was a good film. I learned a lot. It was a story of an athlete who had strived  in spite of  many  life drawbacks, but still, she was able  to achieve her dreams. I love how it's done, especially its cinematography. Different and unique from the USUAL.  (It makes me wanna go to Laoag-I wanna see that giant bentilador.) Natuwa din ako 'dun sa slow motion. Na miss ko na rin ang buhay probinsya. 

Watching Indie Films is much better than watching main stream movies. I don't know why, but there's something about indie films that can not be seen at any much-produced local films. Last month, I watched "Ang Babae sa Septic Tank", it's good as well.  I think, indie films speak more about REALITY, but many people are still fed up with the usual boy-meets-girl/bestfriends-to-lovers/prince-and-the-pauper kind of films. 

Then, our supposed to be 3pm meeting at Robinson's was delayed for two hours. -_- Anna, came late. Fun started at 5pm. But it was superb, I love to play Rock Band -the sosyal version of videoke. We stayed there for two hours and Php800 was worth it! =)  Its fun to be with old friends. 

Wanna play again next time.
